Deep, Deep Love.

His love is deep and sure. As He shows love to us, may we show love to others, unhindered. Lord, give us hearts of mercy, compassion, and grace. Arm us with Your truth.

The Psalms

I have been taking a class on the Psalms that Jesus quotes in the Gospels; and my, it has been eye-opening! I am seeing the Psalms in a new light. They express the range of human emotions, and in them I can find both solace in my grieving and a means of expressing myself in my utmost joy. Thank you, Lord!

St. Patrick's Prayer

I bind unto myself today

The strong Name of the Trinity, 

By invocation of the same,

The Three in One, and One in Three.

The power of God to hold and lead,

His eye to watch, his might to stay,

His ear to hearken to my need.

A Prayer

Lord, I give up my own plans and purposes, 

all my own desires and hopes, 

and accept Thy will for my life. 

I give myself, my life, my all utterly to Thee to be Thine forever. 

Fill me and seal me with Thy Holy Spirit. 

Use me as Thou wilt, 

work out Thy whole will in my life at any cost, 

now and forever.
